Loan And Mortgage is a loan amortization schedule calculator that handles virtually any loan type. This program is flexible and loaded with useful features that show you where to recover or save money instantly! Features include support for multiple interest rates on the same table, ability to change the date of any installment and see ensuing results, ability to modify the installment amount and/or the interest rate of one or many installments at once and see ensuing results, ability to completely remove one or many installments at once and see ensuing results, flexibility (choose between Daily, Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Semi-Monthly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual for each, the interest capitalization frequency and the installment frequency), support for month-end installments, save and retrieve preferred table setups (templates for creating new tables), selective accumulations report (by month, quarter, half-year, year and/or global), table password protection, preview reports before printing, compute unknown value (Present Value, Future Value, Installment amount, Nominal rate, or Amortization duration), copy partial/complete lists to the clipboard for pasting into other applications such as Word or Excel, export to CSV or XML, customizable tables (select which columns you wish to see in your tables and the order in which you want them to appear), selective printing (choose between printing the complete amortization table, a specific range of payments or a simple summary), multiple document interface (have any number of tables open at once for convenient comparison of their contents).
