Program description

This mortgage early payoff calculator will show you how much money (often 10' or 100's of thousands of dollars) you can save by paying an extra amount toward your mortgage principal each month. This amount is many times small in comparison the the mortgage payment but can make a big difference. Simply input the interest rate, number of payments left on the mortgage and the monthly payment. The calculator assumes you will pay an additional $100 each month and it will show you how much you will save over the course of the mortgage.
