Program description

If you want to know the contents or usefulness of a file, but you don't want to open it or create long file names, this program is what you need. UserInfoTip allows you to add your own files descriptions, as infotips, to any files you select in Windows Explorer. You will always know which files have descriptions by the highlight of the file icons.
