News are received from Blocks4.NET web site and displayed to your desktop by using a Channel Definition File and the Windows Active Desktop feature included in Windows 98, ME, 2000, XP and 2003. This is an essential tool for software developers that use custom controls, software components, code generators, and other productivity tools.
