This is for anyone who wants to lose weight and change their life. No mattter what type of will you have, you will be ableto lose weight and change your life if you follow the plan I made for myself. And, the more overweight you are, the betterthis plan will make you lose weight. I was over 300 lbs and could hardly walk or even enjoy life and I wasn't even 47 yet! Iused to enjoy being outside, playing with my daughter, going fishing and doing other things, the weight was destroying mylife, I have now completely turned my life around, and it's great again.
