This is a simple browser with a blog site focusing on educating people to go organic and create natural healthy living. This is a relatively new site however, as we are very passionate about healthy living, you can find a lot of great tips and information on the browser. Our family?s organic healthy lifestyle is doable for everyone, just take the information in and make small changes, don?t wait for a real health scare. We eat organic fruits and vegetables everyday, hardly any meats (we are practically vegetarians now) and we practice macro-biotic cooking methods, which is close to traditional Japanese cooking. We wear organic clothing and protect ourselves from chemicals. We also practice yoga, for exercise and meditate to reduce stress, along with a healthy dose of gratitude and acceptance daily. The ongoing Pursuit of ?Natural and Organic Healthy Living? is our passion and we are determined to keep on learning to improve our lifestyle and hoping to do it with you too.
