CarbonFTP is a free utility for anyone, who uses FTP servers. It performs fast and accurate synchronization of files in local PC folders and FTP server folder. The synchronization of files through FTP server is common in companies with remote working places, and it is known that the synchronization of data is quite an exhausting process, especially if it is performed manually. CarbonFTP is an extremely simple in use program, which makes this process very easy and fast. What?s more, it can save any newly created task for the next launch. The synchronization of files using CarbonFTP is very simple: all the user has to do is to start the program and follow the instructions of the wizard. The full process takes just 5 steps. Firstly, the user has to choose if he wants to create a new project or open an existing one. Secondly, the user should fill in the connection parameters of the FTP server and other authentication data like username and password. Thirdly, the remote and local folders and synchronization mode should be specified. It is also possible to include subfolders or create an exact copy. Besides, the program lets the user set up file masks if some files should be included or excluded from the synchronization process. After that, the wizard offers to check the project settings and verify synchronization parameters. The user only has to click the ?Go? button and the task is completed. Finally, the program asks if the user wants to save the task or not. One of the main benefits of CarbonFTP is its total simplicity and ease of use.
