BlogBridge is also free and open source! Much more than a standard rss reader, BlogBridge allows you to create filters, agents, search, slice and dice the information so that only the most important and relevant information bubbles up to the top. With SmartFeeds you can create standing queries and build them into a funnel that delivers what you need to know on a silver platter. There is direct integration with other well known web services such as Technorati, del.icio.us, Flickr, and many others.
